FOOD AND COOKING
Bulgarian cuisine is not very different from other cuisines of that geographical area of Europe except for one particular: it is very spicy. Potato soups, white bean soups, cabbage soups and both pork and lamb are very common.
RECOMMENDED CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR
Bulgaria is a country with a continental climate partially mitigated by the presence of the Black Sea. It is therefore necessary to adopt typical clothing for hunting woodcock that is used in Italy in the same months.
