For this reason, Romania is absolutely one of the most popular continental destinations for goose hunting which is present here with various species: wild goose, white-fronted goose, barn goose.
Geese hunting in Romania is carried out by Sassetti Country Sports in collaboration with highly experienced Italian operators and the useful period runs from November 1st to February 20th.

Since Romania is a country with a harsh climate, the cuisine adapts to caloric needs. There are many excellently cooked meat-based dishes and cheeses and legumes are widely used. The cuisine of our hunting lodge is typically Italian.
RECOMMENDED CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR
The period in which geese hunts are carried out in Romania is generally cold and in the middle of winter it is also particularly harsh and with the presence of snow. Being this hunting from stalking, particularly protective clothing against the cold and any snow is recommended. For footwear it is suggested to follow the same information.
